Untuk dapat menikmati layanan Internet XL Hubungi  nomer 818 (gratis) atau nomor 021-5795-9818 . Setelah melakukan pengaktifan anda bisa melakukan setting, baik dengan cara otomatis via on the air, maupun yang manual, tergantung selera anda.

Setting Manual koneksi Internet XL:

- Ketik GPRS [spasi] merk handphone [spasi] tipe handphone
Contoh : GPRS NOKIA N-GAGE atau GPRS SIEMENS C62
- Kirim ke nomor 9667 (Tarif Rp 350 sekali kirim)
- Anda akan mendapat sms konfirmasi balasan dari operator XL
- Untuk mengaktifkan MMS anda tinggal merubah kode GPRS menjadi MMS
